Ok, for AA stand I needed some Evergreen profiles, polystyrene sheet, ruler and pencil. To show how to do nice metal texture I use Dremel 7700 and 8200 with tooling.
First I cut legs for stand, also main "table" plate was cut too.
Four legs and plate prepared, now sand of a go forward :)
Drilling some holes on legs for for future bolts mounting..
Lightweight test 1... :)
Heavyweight test 2, tests completed :P
As you can see, bolts are mounted on legs and stability bars..
Stand prepared, first view with Flakvierling ( Afv Club )
Another view...
Ok so now I need some sanding drills for Dremel...
First one for deeper scratches of metal texture...
Next for rounded scratches...
And third for align all scratches to closer level...
And that one is great, I can say for "nails" scratched on AA stand... On that photo you can see final texture...
Workin' live :P Also I used that for some signs on legs...
"Family photo" of tools with I worked to create stand and metal texture...
Final - Red oxide primer ( different color tones ) some welded seems on legs, clear metal, oil signs. And of course Flakvierling 38 put on :)
The End :P
